 Discuss the following : 


1.  Lesson Objective/s

ANSWER: Lesson objectives are clear, student-focused statements describing the specific knowledge, skills, and understanding students should achieve by the end of a lesson or learning unit. They serve as a road map for both teachers and learners, are ideally SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound), and provide the foundation for a focused and effective instructional experience. 



2. Domains of Lesson Objectives (Cognitive, Psychomotor, Affective)  Give Examples for each.    

ANSWER:

Cognitive Domain - is about thinking and knowledge building, Its also helps students develop from simply recalling facts to higher-order thinking skills like analyzing, evaluating, and creating new ideas.

Example: Span from basic recall to complex problem-solving and creative thinking.


Psychomotor Domain - is about learning physical skills through movement and practice. It means using our body, hands, and senses to do tasks like writing, drawing, playing sports, dancing, or even simple actions like tying shoelaces. This domain shows how we turn what we know in our mind into real actions, and these skills get better the more we practice them.

Example: Copying a dance move shown by an instructor.


Affective Domain - in the domains of learning objectives, the affective domain deals with the learner’s feelings, attitudes, values, and emotions.

Example: Listening attentively to a speaker.



3.  Critical thinking 

ANSWER: Critical thinking is the systematic evaluation and analysis of information and ideas to form a judgment or decision, involving objective consideration of evidence, arguments, and perspectives.



 4.  Creative Thinking 

ANSWER: Creative Thinking is the skill of generating fresh, meaningful, and effective ideas by approaching things differently.
